Cancellation Policy

• All Bookings  require at least 48 hours notice of Cancellation, otherwise 100% of the full account can be charged, for all Units booked, less any space that is rebooked.
• Christmas/New Year - Any bookings for the period December 25th to Jan 15th require at least 1 months notice of Cancellation, otherwise 100% of the full account can be charged, for all Units booked, less any space that is rebooked.
• Group and Wedding Bookings  -  also require at least 1 months notice of Cancellation, otherwise 100% of the full account can be charged, for all Units booked,  less any space that is rebooked.

Because of our size, Cancellations can  affect us significantly. Nevertheless, we will always use our best endeavours to rebook the space. Only if we are successful will we be able to make a refund of the rebooked space.
